EXANE BNP PARIBAS would like a permanent mobile application for their events throughout the year that allows:
- to ensure the flow of information to investors, employees and customers (Document, Personal diary, one-to-one meeting, etc.).
- To bring interactivity between stakeholders and the public (Quiz, Q&A,..)
- To appear more modern, more convenient to its customers and employees
- Eventually replace all paper prints.
The app is available on Google and Apple stores.
It allows the public to participate and interact before, during and after the event.
The application is directly connected to the EXANE CRM. As soon as a change is registered with Exane (for example, a change of agenda or appointment), this change is immediately visible in the application. Given the many changes in planning or agenda…this solution is by far the most flexible.

At the 2017 CEO Event, more than 3,000 one-to-one meetings were communicated via the app, hundreds of documents/presentations were uploaded, hundreds of questions were asked of stakeholders, etc.
Since its inception, use has become widespread at other company events such as roadshows that are organized during IPO.

For the 2019 CEO Event, all records have been broken : 4500 meetings, 85 CEO, 870 investors, 350 analyse meetings, 115 corporates, 90 plenaries, 986 votes for 67 questions.
